Refund policy

Feel Free to try your items before the courier leaves 

courier can return only the whole items with original packaging on the spot and you will only charged for delivery fees

if you don’t like some of the items, you should pay the full amount for the whole package to the courier and then follow the following normal Return Process

 

Our Normal Return Process:

  • accepted within 14 day of purchase
  • A courier will contact you within 5–6 working days
  • Our team will ensure it meets our return conditions.
  • You’ll receive an update within 5 days via email or phone

 

Exchange

  • Simply return the item following the return process, then place a new order (subject to availability).

 

Sales Items

  • Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges for sales items

 

Defective & Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to accept returns or exchanges
  • no delivery fees

 

Refund

  • if the return is approved, your refund will be sent via InstaPay to your account or wallet.
  • If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you via courier at no extra charge.

 

Return fees

  • All governorates : 150 EGP

In all cases, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all labels attached and packed in their original box
